Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane File For Divorce

Although the couple cancelled their first plans to get a divorce in 2009, their divorce plans are now back in action.

Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane have — for the second time — filed for divorce, Jane’s rep told People Magazine.

The Medium actress and Hung actor first met in 2001 and were married in 2006 in Italy. They have one daughter together, Harlow Olivia Calliope, who is 7.

Arquette, 42, filed for divorce from Jane, 41, in January of 2009, but the couple reconciled their differences later on that same year. However, they still could not seem to make their marriage work because it has been confirmed the couple no longer wants to stay married.

“The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter,” the rep said. “They ask that their privacy be respected at this time.”

But, while some celebrity relationships are ending, there is talk that reconciliation is taking place between others — Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge, who may be getting back together.
