People Baffled by Tragic Event

On Monday, police are still trying to understand why Prison Break's actor, Lane Garrison, 26, was driving with three teenagers in his Land Rover on Saturday night.

Garrison and his passengers crashed into a tree that night and killed the front passenger, a 17-year old high school student from Beverly Hills. The other two female passengers were only 15 and were taken to the hospital with critical injuries. One of the girls has been released, the other is in serious critical condition.

The police do believe that the actor had been drinking. They found "alchohol containers" in his car. Garrison has not and will not be arrested until his blood tests come back. His Lawyer, Harland Braun, said that Garrison met the teenagers and went to a party with them where he consumed "only one drink" and even believes that someone could have drugged him. He also said that the actor doesn't remember anything about the accident. He cannot even recall if he drove or not.
