Pharrell Williams Will Reportedly Produce Lindsay Lohan's Next Single
As Britney Spears's 2007 release of Blackout did, Lindsay Lohan's rumored collaboration with Pharrell Williams and The Neptunes will prove the importance of the producers to pop music.
Lohan's third album is reportedly in its early stages (and will be called Spirit in the Dark), with Williams and his partner in production, Chad Hugo, laying out one of the tracks so that all the troubled star has to do is come in and lay down the vocals. Which, judging by various tales of Spears's methods to recording her latest album, could be as short as two hours spent.
According to a Lohan fansite titled Lohangroupie.com, the actress/singer's album will be released on November 4. Also, Williams is reportedly producing Lohan's comeback single, called "Playground."
Other producers said to be involved with the album include Akon, Ne-Yo and Snoop Dogg. Ne-Yo's collaboration, "Bossy," is currently available on iTunes.
