Earlier today media outlets reported the FBI arrested the man behind ScarJo’s nude photo leaks. But now there are reports that the handcuffs are off and the Floridian is roaming around a free man.

E! News reported after Christopher Chaney was charged for hacking into computers, wiretapping and 26 counts of identity theft, he was let go after paying a $10,000 bond.

However, the 35-year-old should savor all the freedom he can while it lasts. TMZ reported Chaney is scheduled to make another court appearance where he could face up to 121 years in prison if convicted.

The investigation, dubbed "Operation Hackarazzi," is uncovering how sneaky and technologically savvy Chaney is. Not only was he able to hack more than 50 celebrities, including Scarlett Johansson, Vanessa Hudgens and Mila Kunis, he also illegally made his way into numerous Google, Apple and Yahoo email accounts between last November and February.

U.S. Attorney Andre Birotte referred to Chaney as "scum" and hopes the case "helps get out the message that cyber-hacking is a real threat."
