Photographers Sue Brady and Bundchen
Two photographers and a news agency have filed a lawsuit against New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, model Gisele Bundchen.
The lawsuit was filed in New York for the sum of at least $1 million and accuses Brady and his wife of negligence and carelessness regarding an issue that happened back in April at Bundchen's vacation home in Costa Rica.
Agence French Presse, Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles, the two Costa Rican citizens, claim that bodyguards for Brady and Bundchen demanded the cameras and memory cards of the photographers.
When the two refused, one of the bodyguards then, as stated in the lawsuit, "fired a pistol at the photographers' vehicle, with one shot shattering the rear windshield, then hitting the front windshield and narrowly missing the heads of the photographers on the ricochet," as reported on WashingtonPost.com.
Representatives for both Brady and Bundchen declined to comment on the issue at hand.
