Grammy Award-winning recording artist Pink, whose Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour bus unexpectedly caught fire last month, found herself in danger once again during a concert at the Easy Credit Station in Nurnberg, Germany on Thursday. According to eonline.com, she was sent into a barricade located onstage as a result of a dangerous harness malfunction that occurred during her performance.
Pink was forced to end the concert abruptly to receive medical attention, but she gave her fans updates about her current condition on her Twitter page following the accident. She tweeted, “To all my nurnberg fans – I am so so so sorry to end the show that way. I am embarrassed and very sorry. I’m in ambulance now but I will b fine.”
Within minutes, she provided another update, writing, “didn’t get clipped in2harness correctly, drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade. Getting xrays. I hope it at least looked cool!!!” After discovering her prognosis an hour later, Pink revealed that there was no fluid in her lungs and she did not break any bones.
Despite her soreness, the edgy pop star took control of the situation by claiming, “I made that barricade my b----!!!” Last September, Pink sustained a separated shoulder after an accident occurred during her trapeze act. Admirably, she fought through the pain and did not miss a single date on her tour.
