Pippa Middleton, Duchess of Hogwarts?

Rumor has it Royal bridesmaid Pippa Middleton and longtime friend George Percy, heir to the Duchy of Northumberland, are in a serious relationship.

A source close to the couple said that Earl Percy is crazy about Middleton. Speaking with The Sun, the source said, "George is very smitten and completely in love with her. It looks like the Middleton sisters will be completing the double before too long."

At a New Year's party at the Middleton house, the recently single Pippa "sat herself next to George at supper and made sure she was hanging off his arm all night. And then she made her move." The source added post-New Year's, Middleton spent the weekend at Percy's estate.

Earl Percy's house, Alnwick Castle, was a principal filming location for Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films, and Percy actually lives there. His trust fund guarantees an income of $400,000 a year with his family's total fortune 'conservatively' valued at $500 million. The estate includes 100,000 acres, 100 tenant farms and a London home.

The pair have been known friends for many years, meeting at Edinburgh University, where they shared a flat. Middleton and Percy's friendship was a point of unease for ex-boyfriend Alex Loudon, who split with Middleton in November, the Daily Mail reports.

Many have criticized Carole Middleton for strategically pushing her daughters into Britain's high society. Combined with her sister Kate, now Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, "If Pippa ends up marrying Earl Percy, then it isn't a bad return on Carole Middleton's investment when she sent her two daughters to posh public schools!"
