Plastic Surgeons Say Kate Gosselin Received Botched Botox Treatments

Photographs of reality television star Kate Gosselin leaked earlier this week, in which her face appeared smoother than usual and her eyebrows were oddly spiked. Chief of The George Washington University’s division of plastic surgery, Dr. Michael Olding, New York City doctor Steven Pearlman and ScientificSkin.com owner Dr. Kenneth Beer analyzed the before and after photographs. They have come to the conclusion that Gosselin received botched botox treatments, according to MSNBC.

Dr. Olding believes that the reality TV star had botox treatments that went horribly wrong. He complimented her former appearance by stating that she had a nice smile, normal brow position and great hair. However, he commented on the after photograph by saying, “[She] has the typical appearance of Dysport or Botox poorly placed in the space between the brows where frown lines occur.”

He went on to explain that since she did not have injectables put in her forehead, “the lateral part of her brow is elevated in an abnormally high position, which my patients refer to as McDonald’s arches.” Dr. Pearlman responded to the before and after images by stating that the center of her eyebrows are dropped and spread further apart.

The ScientificSkin.com owner, Dr. Beer, criticized her surgeon, saying, “This is a bad injection technique with poor placement. The injections were done in a cookbook pattern with no consideration for her particular anatomy.”
