Playboy Wants Kate Winslet

Hugh Hefner is apparently hoping Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet will add Playboy to her career resume.

Reportedly, according to aceshowbiz.com, the Playboy creator said, "There's no question we would be interested in Kate. It's a competitive market, more than it used to be, so she would be a most welcome addition to our pages."

Although Winslet has shot a couple of nude scenes in movies such as Titanic and Little Children, she laughed off the offer as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle. Her spokesperson said, "This is not a proposal that would interest her."

When TMZ told her about the offer, the actress said she had no idea what they were talking about. "I don't believe that for one second," she said.

Hefner won't worry about her decision much though, as he reportedly also wants Lily Allen and Cheryl Cole to be featured in the magazine.
