Poison Singer to Release Autobiography

Bret Michaels to write tell-all.

Lead singer of Poison and star of multiple "Rock of Love(s)" Bret Michaels is writing a book about himself. The artist's "tell-all" book will be released in June, according to NME.com. The autobiography will be titled Roses and Thorns: The Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy to My Reality. According to Michaels, fans with get the "untold story" of his life.

"It gives you the sex, the drugs, the rock 'n' roll, but it also gives you the diabetes. . . . It's about what happens when you try to live out your dream and the reality of it all sets in and it's the hardest and the strangest thing you will ever do," the singer told Billboard.com. Michaels also says that details of his feud with guitarist CeCe Deville will be revealed in the book.

Michaels is working on a new solo record and will tour with Poison, Def Leopard and Cheap Trick.
