Roman Polanski's sexual victim, Samantha Geimer, filed a motion to dismiss the charges against Polanski, according to BBC News. The film director, who is being held in Switzerland on a U.S warrant for a 30-year-old sexual assault case, could face up to 2 years in prison if he returns to the U.S.

Geimer, who was 13 when Polanski had sexual relations with her, said she's tired of the media trying to contact her and has, allegedly, suffered some health problems due to the constant hounding of the press. Among people from the press searching for an interview with Geimer were Oprah, Larry King and reporters from Los Angeles Times.

In 1988 Geimer, at the age of 25, filed a lawsuit against Polanski-who agreed to pay her $500,000.In the statement Geimer released on Friday she claims that Polanski was treated unfairly and was forced to flee the country by a corrupt judge.
