Prince William is embracing married life, but his younger brother Prince Harry may return to army life in Afghanistan.

According to The Telegraph, Harry, who is currently in an eight-month "conversion to role" course teaching him how to use Apache's weapons, is said to be set to take a second tour in Afghanistan when his squadron is deployed in the summer of 2012.

According to the website, Harry is currently being trained to fly a Apache helicopter, a two-person helicopter designed to destroy tanks with the use of such weapons as rockets and Hellfire missiles.

People Magazine reports that Harry served for ten weeks as a front line junior officer in the Blues and Royals regiment of the Household Cavalry in 2007 and 2008. He was pulled out of Afghanistan, however, when reports revealed details of his deployment that were seen as a threat to he and his squadron.

Harry has openly expressed his desire to return to Afghanistan in recent months.

According to The Telegraph, he recently said he had a "real determination" to return, adding that his "heart was in the Army.”

"He is passionate about his military service and unless he publicly comes out and says otherwise, his ambition will remain to serve in Afghanistan,” said a source close to the prince.

The Ministry of Defense would not comment on Harry’s return to Afghanistan, but Clarence House said in a statement: "Harry is an army pilot and will deploy wherever the army chooses to send him. His course finishes in 2012, and after that his deployment will be a matter for the army chain of command."
