Pussycat Doll Leaves Group
According to People, Pussycat Doll Carmit Bachar has announced that she will be leaving the group.
"I wanted to be the first to tell you that I'm no longer with the Pussycat Dolls, but we will always be sisters forever," Bachar wrote Saturday on the group's official Web site.
Bachar did not give any official explanation for her split from the group; however, previous reports have indicated that the red-headed singer is hoping for a solo career.
The former Pussycat Doll thanked her fans for all their "unconditional love and support" and assured them, "exciting news is coming and I promise to keep you all posted."
The Pussycat Dolls and Jessica Simpson are scheduled to perform a concert for U.S. soldiers in Kuwait on March 10, according to People.
