Put Your Seatbelts On - Nick Hogan's Getting Out of Jail Early

Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, will be released from jail three months early because of good behavior and working, according to People.

Bollea is currently serving an eight-month sentence at Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Fla., after being convicted of reckless driving that left one of his good friends in a vegatative state.

Bollea will be released on Oct. 21.

The early release, the magazine's Web site said, is typical for most inmates who did the same things as Bollea.

"They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don't do anything bad while they're here, they get to use the credits," says a jail official who chose not to be identified alongside his quote.

Bollea's sister, Brooke Hogan (who currently has her own VH1 reality show called Brooke Knows Best), is also jazzed about her brother's release from prison.

"I'm not sure where he'll live. I think he's going to do his own thing," said Hogan, who was attending the anniversary party for Strike Miami, a posh bowling alley in Miami.
