Radiohead Working on "In Rainbows" Follow-Up

At this point, the details are a bit sketchy.

Radiohead just completed a lengthy American tour that saw the popular (popular being an understatement) band sell out large venues across the States. And now, when Thom Yorke, Johnny Greenwood and company finish off their tour in Japan, they could very well head into the studio.

At least, that's what the band's Ed O'Brien says.

"We're still talking about doing some stuff and we're really excited about it," O'Brien said. "First we came off tour to do some writing and we wanted to carry on doing it because it was so brilliant."

The band's Japanese leg of the tour supporting "In Rainbows" wraps in October. At this point (and for some time later, one would imagine), Radiohead hasn't announced whether they will offer their next album for free as they did with their latest effort.
