Radiohead's Thom Yorke to Release Two New Songs
Thom Yorke of Radiohead has planned to release two new songs on Sept. 21.
According to LiveDaily.com, Yorke's tracks are called "FeelingPulledApartbyHorses" and "Hollow Earth." The two singles will appear on a limited-edition 12" vinyl, which will be sold on the band's website on Sept. 21. The songs will be available for purchase via traditional online stores on Oct. 6.
Entertainment Weekly reports that "Feeling
," which features the band's guitarist Jonny Greenwood, was reworked from a song that was released in 2001 but did not appear on any of the band's albums. "Hollow Earth" appeared in 2006 when Yorke's solo album "The Eraser" was released. Radiohead had previously released the songs "All for the Best," "The Present Tense," "Harry Patch (In Memory Of)" and "These Are My Twisted Words" this summer.
Yorke is currently writing a song for the film "Twilight Saga: New Moon," HitFix reports. The movie's soundtrack will arrive in stores on Oct. 13.
