The 18-year-old singer ends ties with Matthew as her manager and is getting set to release her sophomore album in the summer.

On Tuesday, Beyonce and her father Matthew Knowles decided to part ways professionally, and now R&B singer Tiffany Evans is deciding to do the same today.

According to Vibe.com, the young singer decided to show Matthew the deuces and took to Twitter to announce the news.

"The Announcement that I was going to make is that I am No Longer Managed by Mathew Knowles [sic]...In all honestly, it was a Great Learning Experience but the BEST decision was made for me. I appreciate so much the support that Music World family has shown me but feel at this stage in my career to go a different direction with my choice in management."

No worries for her camp as she gears up to release her sophomore album Perfect Impressions this summer.

Similarly, Beyonce told Us Magazine that she to decided it was time for a new change but the family is still in tact.

"I've only parted ways with my father on a business level," Beyonce tells the magazine. "He is my father for life and I love my dad dearly.”

Matthew, too, gave a statement and said he is focusing on managing upcoming Gospel singers and will let his daughter decide on who will become her new manager.
