Rebecca Black debuts new music video and single, 'Person of Interest'

By Gina DiFalco,

Rebecca Black became a household name when she burst onto the YouTube scene with her widely criticized single “Friday.”

Black simultaneously became subject of ridicule over the song and subsequent video, as well as breaking YouTube records with its amount of hits.

After “Friday,” the aspiring singer came out with her follow-up single “My Moment,” as well as made a cameo in Katy Perry’s video “Last Friday Night.”

According to MTV News, Black is back with a new single called “Person of Interest.”

In the track, Black sings over a disco sound "There's a crime scene on the dance floor" and "Can't deny you're implicated in the mayhem in my mind.”

Cambio shows some behind-the-scenes footage of the singer on the set of the music video for “Person of Interest.”

Pop Crush reports that in the video, Black is seen with a crush, playing on race cars, mini golf and rides. She seems to keep losing her “Person of Intersest,” and she later enlists the help of a cop to help her find him. But the cop turns out to be a cartoonist, who gives Black a souvenir of she and her crush.
