Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell Have Twins

Rebecca Romijn and her husband, Jerry O'Connell, must be ecstatic over the birth of their twin daughters, Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip, who were born on Dec. 28, according to Access Hollywood.

The 36-year-old Ugly Betty actress had stated her desire to be a mother in the past, during an interview with Us Weekly. "I was never a girl who dreamed about what her wedding day would be like, but I've always dreamed about decorating my baby's nursery," Romijn said.

O'Connell also declared his desire to become a father to Us Weekly, back in July 2007. "It would be amazing if it happened. I hope it does happen!"

Now that it's a reality, the actor joked that he only wants his daughters to date "men who run countries."

O'Connell, 34, currently stars in the sitcom, Do Not Disturb.

The actors, who met back in 2004 and married in July 2007, were reported to be with their daughters at "home and doing well" by one of their representatives.
