Romijn and O'Connell have twin girls!

Twin girls Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip were brought into the world on December 28. The proud parents, Rebecca Romijn and husband Jerry O'Connell, couldn't be any happier.

The Chicago Tribune reports that Romijn, O'Connell and the girls are all home and doing well. Although the couple have been married since 2007, the twins are the first children for the Ugly Betty actress, 36, and Kangaroo Jack actor O'Connell, 34. According to People magazine, the new mom is planning a hefty maternity leave. "I'm taking quite a bit of time off," Romijn stated. "I really want this to be my job for at least the next six months."

Romijn spent the final few months of her pregnancy on bed rest at home while, according to the Chicago Tribune, O'Connell spent his time clearing out his video games to make room for the new nursery.
