Taking home the Globe: Peter Dinklage for Game of Thrones

Jessica Alba and Channing Tatum announce the winner of best Animated Film.

Clive Own and Nicole Kidman present the award for Best Screenplay- Motion Picture.

The Winner is: Woody Allan in Midnight in Paris.

The award goes to: Jessica Lange in American Horror Story.

Iran, A Seperation, wins the award for best Foreign Language Film. Accepting the award is Asghar Farhadi.

Dustin Hoffman announces the nominations for Actress in a TV-series, drama.

The winner is: Claire Danes; her third nomination and third win!

Tina Fey and Jane Lynch take the stage to announce the winner of the category of best Actor in a comedy or musical.

The winner is: Matt LeBlanc for his role in Episodes.

Sexiest Man Alive, Bradly Cooper, announces the winner for the category: Best supporting actress
Octavia Spencer for The Help.

Sidney Poitier is greeted with a standing ovation before acknowledging the gift that is entertainment that Morgan Freeman has given us.

Helen Mirren takes the stage to poke fun at Morgan Freeman a bit as he is acknowledged for his many roles and many movies he has blessed Hollywood and the world with; a beautiful tribute follows.

Freeman, who also receives a standing ovation, accepts the Cecil B Demille award. Freeman openly notes that in his home the award will not only be known as the Cecil B Demille award, but as the Sidney Poitier award. His speech is truly touching.
