Redmond O'Neal to Be Arraigned Tuesday

The son of actors Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett is set to be arraigned after an arrest on drug charges Sunday.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Redmond O'Neal, 24, is scheduled for arraignment, Tuesday, in connection with an arrest on felony drug charges.

The son of actors Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett was allegedly caught with heroin at a jail in Castaic, Calif., Sunday.

Ryan and Redmond O'Neal were arrested last year on charges they possessed methamphetamines and paraphernalia in their Malibu home. Redmond O'Neal was on probation from a previous drug conviction at the time, and pleaded not guilty in that case.

Ryan O'Neal pleaded guilty in that case and was sentenced to an 18-month drug diversion program.

Redmond O'Neal is currently in custody, while prosecutors are looking to keep him incarcerated on $50,000 bail.

Fawcett is currently hospitalized, due to complications from anal cancer, which has spread to her liver.
