Reese Witherspoon: Back in the Dating Game?

According to People.com, Reese Witherspoon was spotted on a cozy evening out with a handsome young suitor last week in Santa Monica, Calif.

Witnesses say the 33-year-old Legally Blonde starlet was seen sharing a meal with Hollywood playboy Jim Toth, an agent with Creative Artists Agency. The two reportedly had dinner at the romantic eatery Locanda Portofino last Thursday.

Restaurant goers claim the two stayed for nearly two hours, laughing and talking. A restaurant patron told People that “the two were very flirtatious throughout the dinner.”

When the check came, Toth picked up the tab like a true gentleman.

Sources close to Witherspoon, who just ended a long-term relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal, claim the dinner was just business. Sources close to Toth have implied that the dinner was less business and more pleasure.
