Report: Hilary Duff Engaged

The former "teen queen" is engaged to her hockey player beau of over two years.

Hilary Duff is engaged to hockey player Mike Comrie, a source close to Duff has confirmed to E! News. According to E! News, Duff's beau of over two years popped the question while the couple was vacationing in Maui this week. Duff has not released an official statement regarding the engagement.

Earlier in the week, Duff's mother laughed off reports of her daughter's possible engagement. However that was probably before she caught a glimpse of pictures which seem to confirm the good news. Duff is not the first blonde celeb set to tie the knot with a hockey player. In December, country singer and "American Idol" alum, Carrie Underwood, announced her engagement to Canadian hockey player Mike Fisher.

Currently, there's no word yet on a wedding date for the happy couple.
