Richards vs. Sheen Turns Ugly

Denise Richards turns up the heat on ex-husband Charlie Sheen in their raging custody battle. Allegedly, Richards has filed papers requesting that any overnight custody privileges Sheen has to be terminated. Her latest document also includes heavy accusations against Sheen. Richards claims that Sheen shows "inappropriate behavior ... and conduct," referring mainly to his apparent use of the internet's pornographic world.

Richards claims that the couple's daughters, who are two and three, didn't hear from Sheen first about his engagement to Brooke Mueller. They instead heard it via a TV interview. The document also includes statements from Diana Alvarez, Richards' nanny. Alvarez claims that Sheen has not only hit the family dogs, but believes he has threatened violence to one of his daughters.

Sheen has said on numerous occasions that Richards' legal actions are effecting his relationship with his daughters. He has stated: "Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with the girls. She behaves as though she owns our children. She does not."
