Actress Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte's Joel Madden are now the proud parents of daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden.
E! Online reports that the baby was born on Friday, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in Los Angeles.
Madden and Richie's courtship began after Madden's much publicized breakup with former girlfriend, actress/singer Hilary Duff, in 2006.
It is rumored that the couple are planning a nuptial later this year.
