Rights to Michael Jackson Lyric Questioned

Janet Jackson may face difficulties after using similar lyrics in new album.

Ever since the death of pop-icon Michael Jackson there have been internal clashes, from the Jackson family and Michael's doctor to the Jackson family and Michael's estate.

In latest news, Janet Jackson may be facing a new war over a lyric in her new song "Make Me" from her new album, Number Ones. In the track, Janet sings, "Don't stop till you get it up," which is strikingly familiar to Michael's "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" from Off the Wall.

This was originally told to ET through a 'source,' but later another 'source' close to the special administrators of Jackson's estate, John Branca and John McClain, told that there is no conflict with Janet and "it's ridiculous to suggest it." No official statement from either side has yet to be made.

In the past months, there has been other disagreements between the estate and Jackson's family. Joe Jackson, for example, has gone as far to claim that the aforementioned lawyers have a "conflict of interest" and should not be in charge of Michael's will.
