Robert Pattinson Confirms "Breaking Dawn" Movie

The "Twilight" actor will play in the series' fourth movie.

Amidst all the film news at the Cannes Film Festival and talk of the New Moon movie, "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson confirmed to the Associated Press Tuesday that he will be involved in the series' fourth film installment, Breaking Dawn.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Pattinson told the Hollywood Reporter that a start date hasn't been set for filming, given other work he's signed onto including the romantic drama, Remember Me, and Madeline Stowe's directorial debut, Unbound Captives, in which he'll play alongside Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz.

He also said that he has four days left of shooting for the second installment, New Moon, in Italy, which, according to the Los Angeles Times, is set to release in theaters in November.

To ensure the actors' safety, New Moon producers hired more security than for the first film, which Pattinson told the Associate Press ended up being unnecessary as no "infiltrators" showed up.

The third film based on Stephenie Meyer's best-selling series, Eclipse will wrap this fall, reports Entertainment Weekly.
