Robert Pattinson grazed by a cab
Robert Pattinson, star of the famous vampire franchise, "Twilight," was almost hit by a cab on Thursday, MTV.com reported.
According to reports, the star was attempting to leave the bookstore that he was shooting in with co-star Emilie de Ravin for the movie, "Remember Me," when he was mobbed by frenzied fans. While being escorted by five security guards across the street in the rain, and trying to escape the mob, he was nearly hit by a cab.
Luckily the cabbie just hit his hip, and as soon as he realized what had happened, slammed on his brakes. Pattinson emerged shaken, but unhurt; he walked away from the scene. Reportedly one of his bodyguards yelled, "You see what you did, you almost killed him!" at the fans, who had registered the shock of the incident too.
These reports come on the heels of others that talk about him being mobbed by a crowd about two days ago in New York City, where he will be shooting for his movie, "Remember Me," for another four weeks.
