Robin Thicke Has Something To Sing About

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are the proud parents of a new baby boy, Julian Fuego. The child was born on Tuesday in Los Angeles, California. This is the first child for the R&B singer and his wife, Precious actress.

The singer canceled his portion of Tuesday’s show at the Staples Center for “personal reasons.” However, his “Freedom Tour” mate, Alicia Keys, broke the news from the stage.

The couple, Thicke, 34 and Patton, 32, will celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary this June, but have been dating since high school.

Back in December, Thicke told Essence magazine that he was looking forward to the beauty of having a child: teaching him how to respect women and play Biggie Smalls at some age. But was nervous that he would not be patient enough to be a full time parent.

The mother, father and the son are all doing well says Thicke’s rep.
