Rock of Love Recap
It's time for another recap of Rock of Love and we're down to the "sexy six!" Kristie Joe started the episode by calling her husband and telling him they were getting divorced, somehow revealing she was not divorced already was supposed to prove she's here for Bret ... um ... not so much.
The challenge was to split into two teams and make a music video for Bret. Destiny and Ambre took the reigns as artistic directors but it seemed that Destiny wasn't doing any of her work and Ambre might have been trying too hard. When the videos were revealed, it was a humongous surprise that Ambre's video actually seemed to flow. Destiny's video, on the other hand, only really had a bunch of stripping and girl on girl action. Which one do you think would win? Surprisingly, it was Ambre's. Ambre got the solo date and Megan and Kristie Joe received a double date.
Ambre gets a special bedroom date with Bret. Did VH1 run out of money to transport these girls? A solo date, in house, doesn't seem like so much fun. And even worse than that, some creepy healer man hones in on the date. Ambre reflects on this, saying, "I'm thinking threesome? That's interesting." The healer tells Bret and Ambre that they can be becoming a hollow bamboo and they've known each other for centuries.
Then Kristie Joe went to Bret's door to interrupt the date. So he sent the healer up to her. Without the healer, Ambre and Bret got down to business. Bret tells the camera she is the best kisser in the house. However, Kristie Joe still got an invitation into Bret's room after the date. She got to spew some crazy talk to him while the other girls sat on the stairs crying.
The double date was a lot of Megan and Bret making out. Kristie Joe went and found her own little corner to sulk. Didn't Kristie Joe do the same thing during the dark date? When Kristie Joe and Bret have some alone time, there is some horrible awkward silence; when you can feel it through the screen, it must be awkward.
Before the elimination, Ambre confronts Kristie Joe about her interrupting her date, and Kristie Joe does everything but admit she's bipolar. According to Kristie Joe, Ambre is messing with her head and she cannot handle it. I don't think anyone was messing with that psycho's head, other than maybe the voices in it.
At elimination, Ambre got the first pass because Bret wanted to know it they're "going to have sex after all these years." The second pass went to Daisy for their spiritual connection. The third was for Jessica because she showed her sexy side in the music video. Then Destiny got a pass. It was down to Kristie Joe and Megan. Bret offered Kristie Joe a pass but said she could say "no." When she did (after way too much time), he walked her out and then didn't really give Megan a pass, just left her on the platform saying she could stay. I'm sure she felt special.
