Michael Scofield could have used Michelle Rodriguez's luck when he landed himself in jail on the hit show Prison Break.
Rodriguez was serving a two-month jail sentence when she was released after just four hours and 20 minutes Thursday, according to People.com.

A spokesperson for the L.A. City Attorney's office said it is the sheriff's policy to let some offenders go if they are not violent and because the jails can get too crowded.
The former Lost actress was serving a 60-day jail sentence for violating probation after she was arrested in December for a DUI.
Rodriguez must take part in 30 days of community service and will be on two years probation.
Designer friend Anand Jon said that Rodriguez has "taken responsibility for the past and now she's ready to focus on her career."
