A-Rod's Divorce Finalized

According to E! Online, a judge in Florida's Miami-Dade County Court had finalized Alex Rodriguez's divorce with his wife, Cynthia, who he was married to for more than five years.

They former couple have two daughters together: a 4-year-old and a 10-month-old.

On July 2, 2008, the New York Daily News reported that Rodriguez and his wife had separated after having "problems" for the past three months. Five days later Cynthia Rodriguez had filed for divorce, claiming that her husband had emotionally abandoned her and was unfaithful.

Within that week, rumors were published that A-Rod, 33, was having an affair with the 50-year-old singer, Madonna. The two denied the affair and claimed that they were only friends.

Last weekend, Rodriguez was spotted with Madonna at comedian Jerry Seinfeld's East Hampton Home.
