Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson try to sell former home as new details about her new boyfriend emerge

Former couple Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson are selling the first home they bought together after they married. Meanwhile, more information about Johnansson’s new boyfriend continues to emerge.

The Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday that Reynolds listed the former couple’s home in Los Feliz and is asking for $3.65 million. He and Johansson bought the property in 2010 for $2.9 million.

According to Realtor.com, the sprawling home, also known as “The Wong House,” was first built in 1969 and designed by Buff & Hensman, reports The Daily Mail. The home also provides beautiful views of Los Angeles and was recently restored to the original style the famous designers created. However, it was modified to be more ecologically friendly.

Johansson and Reynolds were married for two years before divorcing in 2011. They finalized the divorce in June and both have already moved on in their love lives. Reynolds is now seeing Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively, while Johansson is seeing 38-year-old advertising executive Nate Naylor.

At first, only Naylor’s first name had been reported after the two were seen walking around New York City over this past weekend. However, a source later confirmed his full name to Us Weekly, adding that Johansson and Naylor had been going out for at least five months already. "They have been able to keep it under wraps...They really wanted to keep it private,” the source said.

Naylor, an Arizona native, has actually been linked to a celebrity before. According to People, Naylor once dated 3rd Rock from the Sun’s Kristen Johnston in 2008.

Reynolds stars in the upcoming Safe House, while Johansson was last seen in We Bought A Zoo.
