Ryan Seacrest Stalker Arrested

A man was arrested on Oct.30 in the E! building for allegedly stalking host Ryan Seacrest. Seacrest has obtained a temporary restraining order.

The order filed by Seacrest's lawyer, Blair Berk, is against alleged stalker Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr. The file claims that Uzomah was carrying a knife and trying to see the "American Idol" host. Uzomah, 25, was described by guard Oscar Serrano saying "He's about 6'4", 200 pounds,".

Serrano also said that the suspect "wasn't aggressive,"

The suspect was tricked into staying in the building by telling him Seacrest was coming out to see him.

Uzomah plead guilty to three misdemeanors which were battery, assault and possession of a switchblade knife. He has been sentenced to three years probation and 15 days in jail and ordered to stay away from Ryan Seacrest.

This is not the first time Uzomah has been arrested, last month he was taken into custody for trying to enter Seacrest's automobile in Orange County.
