Sarah Jessica Parker's Surrogate the Subject of a Break-In
Two police chiefs in Martins Ferry and Bridgeport, Ohio, are under investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation over a break-in of the home Sarah Jessica Parker's surrogate was staying in, Access Hollywood reports.
Allegations claim that the police chiefs broke into the home of the woman carrying twins for Parker and Matthew Broderick and attempted to sell information to a tabloid.
According to E! Online, the unidentified surrogate no longer lives in the Martins Ferry residence that has been surrounded by paparazzi and tabloid reporters.
Both Parker and Broderick have complained about the media's attention on the woman carrying their twin girls, claiming she's been harassed repeatedly and her phone and personal computer have been hacked.
Ohio news station WTRF reported that both police chiefs are aware of the investigation and that the men said they are working with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Neither has been charged at this time, MSNBC.com reports.
