Sarah Palin heading to divorce, political campaign unraveling

The ring is set for two Sarah Palin knock-downs. Husband Todd Palin is looking to divorce the former governor of Alaska, and her political advisers are saying this will essentially kill her shot at presidency.

The International Business Times reported Sarah's husband, Todd, was "fed up" by all the scandalous attention the Palins put up with since Sarah ran for vice president.

The most recent piece of negative news comes from a Joe McGinniss biography that claims Palin not only snorted cocaine but also slept with former NBA player Glen Rice in 1987, right before she married Todd.

McGiniss' book hit shelves September 20 and Rice confirmed the relationship.

The Daily Mail added Sarah worked as a sports reporter for a local news station when she met Rice.

The website also reported that when Sarah's brother, Chuckie, told his friend the couple didn't have a marriage, it was the final straw.

"Todd felt as if he was stabbed in the back by his own brother-in-law after 23 years of being married to the guy's sister, and having five kids together," said Todd's friend.
