All Headline News reports that Scarlett Johansson has signed a record deal and is in the midst of recording her first album right now.
Johansson's album, which will be titled, "Scarlett Sings Tom Waits", is due out next Spring. Insiders say her voice is "whispery" and that she can "carry a tune nicely.
Scarlett will be joining the ranks other recent actresses turned singers such as Paris Hilton, Hilary Duff, and Lindsay Lohan.
