Scholastic Leaks Cover Art for New Harry Potter
Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince to be released July 16
Scholastic Books has released the cover art for the next installment of the wildly successful Harry Potter children's book series. The newest edition, Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince, is slated for release on July 16. The 704-page novel follows the trials and tribulations of Potter, a now 16-year-old sorcerer. The cover art of the novel, rendered by acclaimed artist Mary GrandPre, shows Potter and his mentor Dumbledore peering over a cauldron swirling with a thick green fog. When the novel is released, a special edition will be available that includes an additional 32 pages of GrandPre's drawings at the end printed on special paper.
