Former Seinfeld star, Frances Bay, has died at the age of 92.

The New York Times reports that Bay was also known for her role as Arthur Fonzarelli’s grandmother on Happy Days.
Bay passed away in Los Angeles due to complications of pneumonia, which was confirmed by her cousin, Mary Zaslow.
Us Magazine reports that the veteran actor appeared in Happy Gilmore as Adam Sandler’s grandmother. Her most recent role, however, was on ABC’s The Middle, in which she had a recurring role.
Her film debut was alongside Goldie Hawn and Chevy Chase in 1978’s Foul Play.
