Seth Rogen "Simpsons" Bound
Comic actor to voice character on show.
The Simpsons are about to get super funny.
E! reports that Seth Rogen, of hit films Superbad and Pineapple Express, has written an episode for FOX's animated show and will provide the guest voice for the episode.
"He wrote an episode we'll be reading soon, where Comic Book Guy creates a superhero comic which then gets made into a feature film," Matt Groening, the show's creator, said.
He added, "Homer plays the lead role, and to slim down, Seth Rogen will play his personal trainer."
Now that he can cross television off his list, Rogen's movie career is still going strong. His next film is a comedy called Observe and Report. He plays a mall cop who battles real police in a turf war.
