Shauna Sand Sextape

Porn producers Vivid have recently set up a website to promote a sextape featuring Shauna Sand, which is due to release on DVD Oct.19

The former Playboy model says that Vivid, who acquired the tape via a third party, has no right to distribute the video.

Vivid boss Steven Hirsh, believes and is confident his company has not done anything wrong saying "We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it," and added "We're comfortable with out legal position in releasing this footage".

The 38 year-old mother of three is planning on taking legal action against Vivid. Sand is best known for being Lorenzo Lamas' ex-wife.

Sand's ex step-daughter Shayne Lamas believes that the leak of "Shauna Sand Exposed" is a calculated move. The leaked footage comes only a day after the premiere of the family's new reality show "Leave it to Lamas"
