Shemar Moore Wasn't Frolicking

Soap star Shemar Moore was recently "caught" on a gay beach, but the actor brushed off the controversy over pictures of him that surfaced in tabloids.

Asked by TV Guide.com about the photos, Moore replied, "You mean of me frolicking on the beach? You know, the worst part of that whole thing for me was the frolicking, because, to me, it sounds like I was skipping or something like that."

The actor then confirmed that he was straight and added that he was actually on a nude beach with two girlfriends.

"I didn't get caught," he said. "I willingly went to Maui, with two girlfriends of mine. I'm a single man. I had two girlfriends out there, and we wanted to go skinny-dipping."

Moore also made sure to say he had no problems with gay people, but just wanted to reiterate that he was not one of them.
