Shia LaBeouf's Driver's License Is Suspended

According to E! Online, a DMV official stated that, under California law, the license suspension is "automatic" as a result of the Transformers star refusing to take a Breathalyzer test when he was busted on suspicion of DUI following a car crash in July of last year.

A spokesman for the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. announced that LaBeouf was found not at fault for the rollover crash, because the other driver had run a red light and smashed into the star's Ford pickup truck.

Us Weekly reported that in Sept., the L.A. County District Attorney's office was unable to charge LaBeouf for DUI due to "insufficient evidence."

Following the accident, the 22-year-old had suffered a crushed hand, and has since then gone through two surgeries to fix it, while his passenger, actress Isabel Lucas, had suffered minor injuries.
