Shock Rocker Gets Sued
As if a band with names of divas and serial killers didn't freak the public out enough, Marilyn Manson is said to have purchased a skeleton of a Chinese girl in a wheelchair, oh so creepy. Madonna Wayne Gacy, the keyboarder for the shock rock band, claims that the rest of the band did not share an equal amount of the profits with him.
According to FOX news, Gacy -- whose real name is Stephen Beir -- said that the members of the band signed an agreement to share all the profits in 1993. Beir filed a suit Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court that alleges that Manson and the rest of the band members deceived him into thinking that the band made less than they did in actuality. He says that the first thing that tipped him of was when Manson -- whose real name is Brian Warner -- went on a spending spree. He claims that Manson used band funds to purchase: a $2 million home, Nazi collectibles and a handbag owned by Eva Braun, Hitler's girlfriend. He also says that he bought, "African masks made of human skin, the full skeleton of a 4-year-old Chinese girl, and the full skeleton of a 17th-century male in a wheelchair."
According to an interview with MTV, Manson reacted to the suit by saying, "The fact that he's claiming that I've treated him unfairly, financially, is really ridiculous."
"And I would never spend my money on a Chinese girl skeleton. That would be crossing the line. It's a Chinese boy, for the record."
