Hollywood superstar Will Smith wants to boost his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith's career. Smith wants her to take over the role as "breadwinner" in the family so he can finally sit back and relax.

The "Hitch" star, 37, is reasoning his decision based on the fact their children, Jaden, 7, and Willow, 3, are growing up and do not need their mother's full time attention. This extra time will give Pinkett Smith the ability to work with her band Wicked Wisdom. Of his plans, Smith said "Now that she isn't breastfeeding, I'll probably work less in order for her to work a little more."
