Snooki goes without makeup for the day

The girls on MTV's Jersey Shore are all about big hair, short dresses and of course, lots and lots of makeup. Those girls plaster on the foundation better than anyone, and are rarely seen without fake eyelashes and at least 3 coats of mascara. But do you ever wonder what they look like under all that stuff?

The 24-year-old reality star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi posted a picture of herself sans makeup on Twitter, with a message saying, "No make up day :) and IDC :)"

After seeing the picture, fans might wonder why Polizzi bothers with all that makeup anyway. According to Yahoo!, the positive feedback was almost immediate, with messages and retweets from fans coming in droves via her Twitter account. Snooki responded with thanks to her supporters. "Can I just say how amazing my fans/supporters are! You guys really know how to put a smile on my face! Love you all beyond words."

Polizzi might have taken a page out of her costar's book. Just a few weeks ago, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola braved her own make-under for a photoshoot with xojane.com.

If you're thinking that this is the start of a new, au natural Snooki, think again. The Inquisitr reported that she plans to get breast implants in the near future. "I hope in the next couple of months," Polizzi said. "They're a good size now, but I want them like this when I'm not wearing a bra."
