Snooki Gushes About Her Boyfriend to Jay Leno on 'The Tonight Show'

Jersey Shore star Snooki appeared on Jay Leno’s The Tonight Show on Monday night and she opened up about her new Italian boyfriend, Gianni.

Snooki prefaced the interview by telling Leno, “I'm actually really nervous tonight because my boyfriend's watching," adding, "I don't want to say the wrong thing and have us get into a fight or something."

MTV News reports that the reality star continued on to say that she had hesitations about getting into a relationship with someone who she met at the Jersey Shore, because you never know if someone has ill intentions or not. But low and behold, Gianni proved himself.

“That's why I was really nervous. [I was] like, 'Is this guy really for me?' " she explained. "But he respected me and he was nice, so I liked him. He's actually going to school to be a gym teacher and he's a wrestling coach for little kids.”

She even loves his family, as she explained, “His family is awesome. They do Sunday dinner all the time. They're a great family. I can only make grilled cheese. That's all.”
