Snooki Responds to Judge's Lindsay Lohan Remark

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is not happy with the way in which Judge Damian G. Murray compared her to recently jailed Lindsay Lohan and she is now speaking out about it, People.com reports.

Judge Murray deemed Snooki “rude, profane, obnoxious and self-indulgent”, after the Jersey Shore star plead guilty to charges stemming from the day she annoyed beach goers that witnessed her public intoxication.

Furthermore, Snooki was sentenced to community service as well as a $500 fine, and although Snooki says she’s sorry for her actions that day, she thinks Judge Murray’s comparison to Lohan is unfair.

She tells People, “I definitely thought it was harsh,” adding, “I never drank and drove, I don’t do drugs -- I do nothing that Lindsay does, so it was definitely a little overboard.”

Despite those feelings, she maintains, “I’m over it.”

She continues, “I’m just happy it’s over with and the criminal charge was dismissed because that was just insane,” she says. “I was really nervous about it,” referring to her disorderly conduct and criminal annoyance charges.

She concludes, “I’m just really happy it’s over, that was crazy for me.”
