Sons of Anarchy to shoot a third season
FX has signed on for a third season of their hit show.
The hit FX series "Sons of Anarchy" has been given the green light for a third season in September. FX ordered another 13 episodes, reports Reuters, and creator Kurt Sutter signed a two-year deal to continue on with the show. All the actors in the series have agreed to return as well.
According to the LA Times, the season finale had 4.3 million viewers, which made it the most-watched episode in the show's history. The show also topped rankings in the male ages 18-49 and 18-34 demographics.
This past season, the show averaged 3.7 million viewers and 2.6 million adults. Production of the motorcycle gang series will start in September 2010.
